Investor, AI & Infrastructure
You will source and lead pre-seed and seed investments in AI systems, developer infrastructure and the layers between. We are looking for someone with a genuine technical point of view — an engineer who became an investor, or an investor the engineers take seriously.

Platform Associate, Talent
Our portfolio's most frequent request is help hiring. You will build the talent function that answers it: a live network of engineers, designers and go-to-market leaders, and the judgement to know which founder needs which introduction.

What to expect here.
Everyone at the firm sees every deal. There is no research tier feeding a decision tier — the person who finds the company is in the room when we decide.
We are in the office together three days a week and trust people to arrange the rest. We fund a meaningful education budget without asking what it is for, and every member of the team participates in the firm's carried interest from their first day.
We hire slowly, we are direct in feedback, and we expect the same in return.
